Abbas visit – India donates $20 million to Palestine Authority |

India has announced 20 million dollar assistance to the Palestinian Authority. The pledge was made during talks Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, had with the visiting Palestinian Authority President Mehmood Abbas in New Delhi on October 7. Among his major engagements in New Delhi, Abbas, together with Dr. Singh, laid the foundation stone for the Palestinian Embassy in New Delhi being built by India as a gift to the Palestinian people.
