Adding fresh ammunition to the controversy on creating a central security agency in the wake of recent terror strikes in the country, A.K. Mitra, who on Sept., 30 retired as Director General of the paramilitary Border Security Force (BSF), admitted to lack of coordination among security organisations and called for the formation of a central agency.
